Why try and assist the Latin American youth?

In current times it has become really apparent that the Latin American youth is suffering from very low self esteem, due to a lack of direction and pride in their rich heritage and just what they are capable of achieving, by following in the footsteps of positive role models. In addition this remarkable foundation is addressing the problem of negative reinforcement in educational facilities and how they can be counteracted.
